This can be located in either Madison, WI or Rockford, IL Job Description The primary role of the Financial Planner/Paraplanner is to support all members of the client service team.
Some of the main duties include assisting our Financial Advisors in preparing for client meetings by assembling financial reports, associated application paperwork, situation modeling with financial planning software, ensuring actions are completed in our CRM system, and conducting client specific research.

Essential
Responsibilities:
Assemble the deliverables for client review meetings, including items such as:
portfolio performance reports, investment detail reports, and financial planning report scenarios Deliver high quality client service in a professional, caring, and compliant manner Communicate effectively in person, in writing, and verbally with clients, prospects, and peers in the organization Setting appointments for advisors & making reminder calls.
Understanding the flow of getting information for reports.
Understanding of current core technologies of the company.
Assisting advisors in client meetings with detailed recording of information that is downloaded to the company CRM Excellent follow-through of the assignment of processing new accounts and processing updates to existing ones The above tasks is an overview of essential responsibilities, but is not an exhaustive list of potential tasks, duties and skills that may be required for this position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree preferred or 5 years financial industry experience 2
years' experience in a professional office, ideally in the financial industry Licensing (Series 65) required or ability to obtain within a 6-month timeframe Strong desire to pursue the CFP designation Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM software Organized, detail-oriented and flexible Strong verbal and written communication skills with a client first and positive attitude Team player, with a collaborative mindset Ability to pass a background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing and education verification, if applicable Klaas Financial Asset Advisors, LLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer Job Type:
