Hiring:
Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews, and assisting with the onboarding process.
Manage Benefits (401K, Insurance, PTO):
Oversee employee benefit programs, including 401K plans and insurance offerings, ensuring accurate enrollment, timely updates, and addressing employee inquiries.
Monitor employee PTO.
Employee Engagement Surveys (with SurveyMonkey):
Administer employee engagement surveys using SurveyMonkey or similar platforms, collect and analyze responses, and collaborate with management to implement improvement strategies.
Overall Employee Relations:
Assist in maintaining positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, conducting investigations, and promoting effective communication between employees and management.
Assisting with employee disciplinary and employee review process.
Promoting Company Culture:
Support initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive company culture, including organizing events, celebrations, and activities that foster team spirit and employee engagement.
Work Compensation Payroll:
Assisting with payroll functions Various accounting-related and miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
