Key responsibilities include:
Delivering exceptional service to neighbors by creating memorable connections; A passion for pets and an understanding of what those pets mean to their owners (parents); Adhering to cleanliness, animal care, safety and security standards established by Pet Supplies Plus; Partnering with store leadership and other team members through proper opening, operating and/or closing procedures; Ensuring cash handling, register policies and cash management practices are followed; Creating merchandise presentations to maximize neighbor satisfaction and ensure product is adequately stocked; Take on the goals, tasks, and performance expectations and ensuring completion through proper follow-up; Ability to work in a fast-paced, diverse environment, while managing multiple tasks Requirements:
Love of Pets is a must! Basic communication skills Retail experience is not required Candidates must be flexible in working evenings, weekends and holiday as part of the job requirement.
